Renting a table at the convention provides the most visible and effective advertising, and includes a listing in the Convention Program Guide.
Reserve by February 1. To ensure your listing in the Program Guide, order your table prior to January 1.

Any exhibitor may register one staff member to attend the convention for CE credit for just $100 more. Additional staff members may register at regular convention pricing.
You may choose to provide items for our attendees' use at the convention that display your logo. There is no cost to you above the production and shipping of those materials. Plan to send 775, please.

$250 Typically pays an in-state speaker's expenses
$500 Typically pays for two in-state speakers' expenses or one session of some out-of-state speakers
$750 Typically pays for one session of an out-of-state speaker
$1000 Typically pays for one or two sessions of an out-of-state speaker
Or pay all expenses for a speaker, either one chosen by us or one from your company (with approval by the convention committee)
You may also donate items for our door prizes or silent auction, all of which are credited to the donor company.

Please note: If you choose to send an item that is larger than a one-page flyer, it will not be inserted in the folders, but will be displayed at the registration desk for attendees to pick up.

Submit a digital ad for our web site, www.AlabamaSHAA.org. Digital ads run for one full year from the date ordered. (We see increased web traffic from Dec. 1 to Feb 28.) Get your ad in as soon as possible for maximum effectiveness!
