Renting a table at the convention provides the most visible and effective advertising, and includes a listing in the Convention Program Guide.
Reserve by February 1. To ensure your listing in the Program Guide, order your table prior to January 1.
$100 discount (not applicable to non-profit tables, which are already heavily discounted), if
Your company has never exhibited at the SHAA conference before, or
Your company has exhibited for the past five consecutive years
You will be issued a refund after the convention (not applicable to non-profit organizations). Please be aware that other representatives of your company may have exhibited in the past, even if this is your first time with us.

Any exhibitor may register one staff member to attend the convention for CE credit for just $100 more. Additional staff members may register at regular convention pricing.
You may choose to provide items for our attendees' use at the convention that display your logo. There is no cost to you above the production and shipping of those materials. Plan to send 725, please.
